Hey Bart, remember Hulk Hogan? He’s back, in luchadore form!

From Dot Net:

The Sixth Axis, a video game news site, is reporting that Hulk Hogan will lend his voice talent to the highly anticipated Saints Row: The Third. Hogan will voice Angel De LaMuerte, a professional wrestler and leader of the “Luchadores” gang. The story also notes that Daniel Dae Kim will reprise his role as Johnny Gat, and porn star Sasha Grey will voice Viola DeWynter.

I was telling my boy blakout, because he pointed out how funny it’s going to be to hear Hogan attempting to do a Mexican accent, that I think it would be even funnier if he just used his real voice and didn’t attempt any accent. Sort of like when he was Mr. America, only now under the guise of being Mexican. In any event, oh the possibilities! – Dusty

Hey everyone! Let’s help Ric Flair pay off his debt!

Check it out: http://ricflair.com/shop/catalog/

Most notable to you might be that the Big Gold Belt is on sale for $4,550. Most notable to me is that for $750 you can have a live video chat with the man. The Man. I would be willing to put in upwards of five dollars, if someone else wanted to pitch in as well. We could have him talk about how great Stunt Granny is for five minutes. – Dusty

Stunt Granny Interview Series: Hacksaw Jim Duggan

Pretend that's this weekend and the guy on the right is Eric.

Oh, you read that right, tough guy: In an effort to promote this weekend’s George Tragos/Lou Thesz Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame inductions at the National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum, Eric landed an interview with Frank Gotch Award recipient and all-time wrestling legend Hacksaw Jim Duggan! The Frank Gotch Award is given annually to an individual who brings positive recognition to professional wrestling through work outside the ring, and Duggan fits that mold perfectly. His strong family ties from childhood to today have inspired Duggan to give back to his community and for the greater good, and Eric asks him about all points in between. From being recruited by Fritz Von Erich to selling out Madison Square Garden against Andre the Giant to his award this weekend, Jim Duggan has seen it all and remained humble along the way. Give this interview a listen, tough guy! (18 minutes)

CM Punk invades Comic-Con, confronts Triple H, is funny; stink lines visible off crowd

As nerds know, the San Diego Comic-Con is one of the largest gatherings of people who don’t wear deodorant and smell like last night’s Mountain Dew binge. Oh, and celebrities like Megan Fox are known to show up as well, so I guess that balances things out. Apparently this convention is full of breakout sessions, one of which this year was held by WWE and included Brian Gewirtz, Rey Mysterio and the new figurehead on-screen WWE leader Triple H. So I guess it should come as no surprise that CM Punk, the guy who just weeks ago called Triple H a “doofus” and who said he was going to go home with the WWE Title to read comics would crash Comic-Con to confront Triple H! Points of interest: Punk specifically mentioned Zack Ryder, which is awesome; Triple H played nice for the most part instead of trying to one-up Punk in a battle of wits; and man, these crowds are awkward, especially when trying to squeeze the chant “Colt-Ca-bana” into as many syllables as “C-M-Punk.” Nerds. -Eric
